Shipping

What shipping options are available?

  • USPS First Class: 4-9 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days
  • FedEx 1 Day Air
  • FedEx 2 Day Air
  • UPS Ground 3-12 Business Days
  • Free Shipping (4-12 Business Days)

 

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order (regardless of shipping method) before it gets shipped. Orders are processed 5 days a week excluding Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays.

FedEx 2 Day Air does not count Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays.

To avoid delays, returned packages, and/or additional fees, please double check that there are no misspellings and that the correct street number, street name, unit numbers, city, state, zip code, are entered. Packages with incorrect addresses will be rejected by the courier and returned to sender.

Riot Society is not responsible for the shipping cost associated with the returned package. Customer must pay the returned package shipping cost before Riot Society can reship the order to the updated address.

If you choose to cancel or return the order, the returned package shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNTATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes! We do offer International Shipping. Depending on your location & purchase, your rates may vary. Shipping on 1 Short Sleeve T Shirt is typically $18.00 USD for International Shipping.

Available to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand,Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

International Customers Warning: (RIOT SOCIETY is not liable for long shipping delays, buyers purchase at their own risk)

International first class mail usually takes 1-2 business days to process after payment clears and minimum 10-15 (2-4 weeks) business days for arrival. There is no detailed tracking for most first class International mail. Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country. In addition, some countries do have high risk of long shipping delays due to international customs procedures.

 International Customs Fees + Taxes:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

 

Canswer Sock Co. cannot accept returns and exchanges on International orders.

my purchase is over $49. why hasnt the shipping charge been waived?

Free shipping for orders over $49 (subtotal and before taxes) applies to domestic shipments only when the total of the order less any discount applied is equal to or greater than $49.

 

Please note:

 

  • Take your promotion code into consideration when calculating your total.
  • Free shipping may not be available during certain promotions. Ex: Sitewide BOGO, flash sales, etc.

Order Status

When will my order ship?

Canswer Sock Co. ships and processes orders Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will resume processing and shipping the following Monday. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time the order was placed (regardless of shipping method).

Saturday and Sunday are excluded from order processing and shipping due to the company being closed. Orders placed on observed holidays will resume processing and ship the following regular business day.

Please note Saturday, Sunday and major holidays do not count as business days.

FedEx 2 Day Air does not count Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays.

howdo i change or cancel my order?

what is the status of my order?

After placing an order, you can view the order status anytime by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Account" tab.

From there, click your tracking number for more information on your order.

what could cause a delay of my order being shipped to me?

If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and try to contact you via email about selecting a replacement item. If we are unable to reach you within 2 business days, a refund will be issued for the out of stock item and the remaining items in your order will be shipped out immediately. The refund will be for the full purchased price of the item and be refunded to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds take 3-5 business days.
