Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for delivery within United States and 10 to 20 business days for international delivery. We ship to every country in the world via USPS or UPS. Your package will be delivered by your local shipping company.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost for your country will be calculated at checkout before you enter payment information. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and location so between $7.28 USD - $11.65 USD. (there are other options available at checkout)

Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.

Where do you ship?
Canswer Sock Co. ships to every country in the world. Yes, we ship to your country.

I changed my mind. How can I make a Return?

All sales are final. In some circumstances, however, we will allow you to exchange products of equal monetary value, or swap out sizes.

Do I receive a tracking number with my order?
Yes! You will receive and tracking number after your order has shipped!

I did not receive my order?
If you did not receive your order after 30 days since your order was placed, please email info@canswersockco.com . We will not respond to complaints regarding orders placed less than 30 days ago. International delivery is dependant not only on USPS OR UPS  but on the timeliness of your local postal service. We will then open a support ticket and investigate the location of your order. I

After initiating the checkout process you will have the option to complete the payment using any major credit card from your country.
